Welcome to Wanda

Wanda is a holiday home in Selsey, a seaside town in West Sussex on the south coast of England.

The house is available for rent throughout the year as it has gas fired central heating plus a wood burning stove in the sitting room. 

Selsey is located 7 miles south of Chichester, and projecting out into the English Channel, and  enjoys a unique climate with high average sunshine hours. Wanda is located in a quiet road approximately 100 metres from the beach on the very point of Selsey Bill. 

It is close to the shops and facilities in Selsey town where there are restaurants and leisure facilities. We also have a working fishing fleet that brings fresh fish ashore on the Fishermens Beach. 

Nearby is the cathedral city of Chichester with an award winning art gallery, the Festival Theatre, museum, shops and eating places. On the downs at Goodwood, there is horse and motor racing, a stately home and many other events throughout the year.

A little further afield are the shops and Royal Pavilion at Brighton, and in the other direction the historic city of Portsmouth with the Victory and the Mary Rose exhibits. Both are easily accessible by train from Chichester.

It is within easy reach of excellent walking opportunities.

Wanda sleeps a maximum of 8 people, in two double bed rooms and two twin rooms.

There are two good sized bathrooms (one en suite with the master bedroom and one large family bathroom). There is also a separate WC attached to the utility room.

On the south of the property is a secluded deck area with built in Bar-b-que.

We are dog friendly and allow up two well behaved dogs to join you in your stay.

Change over day Saturday, shorter lets and weekends considered out of high season.
